Welcome to my PC site. This site will go into detail of what I would do if I was to have my own personal computer company. This is not me putting a PC together with parts you can buy off the shelf, but I am referring to companies like Dell, or HP who makes their own hardware. I will assume that I would be a small company, so I wouldn’t have a lot of resources to build out various deviations. With that in mind, I will focus on laptops, phones, and tablets/pdas. While I would likely focus on niche markets, and I understand that the profit margins are usually slim, I would want to focus on what I think will work.

For CPUs, I will rely on AMD for my laptops. The reason for this choice is to the best of my knowledge, AMD is the better value when compared to Intel. For the phones, and tablets – I will use Qualcomm. With that being said, I will go into detail of why more on this site. To make the laptops as thin as possible, everything will be integrated into the motherboard. This will unfortunately mean that the consumer will not be able to upgrade their computer, but it would allow for a more efficient design whereas offering the ability to upgrade will raise prices, and provide for a bulkier machine. For variations, there will be an Affordable model, and a Professional model.

For software, I will offer either Debian Linux, or Microsoft Windows. So many companies just gives the user Windows even if they don’t want it. The choice will always be up to the buyer when they will go to the website’s store and customize their machine. For the consumer electronics, Android will be used with the exception of K series which will run KaiOS.
